I'm currently in a deluxe balcony right above those looking it up to see if the cabin is any different but it doesn't look any different looks pretty much the same as ours except for our bid is near the balcony and the sofa near the bathroom which I prefer. So basically all you do is get the green spot extra and if you ever use it there are a thousand people above you who can look down and see you? I don't think I'd pay extra for that.. Maybe if you got a bunch of kids who need some wiggle room it might be worth it but other than that I don't think so Right now I see 19 of them across and one of them the entire trip has had anyone in it I think they're not rented.. or maybe just people aren't going into the green area but I wouldn't pay extra for it

Hi. We never saw many people on the balconies, so it didn't bother us. The first part of the balcony is private so we sometimes sat there. 😁

Hello. Thank you for this video. Would you happen to remember if you could smell smoke from the smoking area on deck eight from your balcony? We have a cabin booked very near this one and have noticed that one of the main smoking areas is almost directly underneath.

Not because of the balcony, if the cabin is bigger, yes.

The balcony is much bigger than the deluxe . Extends dirt out . That suite though seems to be exactly the same as a deluxe balcony room .

what's the deal with the connecting doors on the balcony??? thats crazy privacy invasion. I want the wall completely extended to the rail. Also don't want to be seen from the look out above. Outstanding video highlighting this as MSC is too sorry/stupid to not have this type of review posted on their page for each stateroom. Thank you so much!

We stayed on a 9000 and did not see the doors you speak of. I can see where you think it looks that way but they are not doors.

No, different sizes. Depends on the cabin. Search for msc seashore deckplan 9 online.

As an MSC fan, I must sadly say that I consider this cabin type a complete misstep in planning.

We didn't spend time on the balcony but I understand and kind of agree with you. When we was on the balcony we couldn't see many people around.
