Some things I notice about this suite... A walk-in closet! That's really cool. That was a great design choice... Bravo, MSC. It sure does not look to me like that Jacuzzi on the balcony will fit two people. Notice the head rests, which indicate the direction they expect you to face. It does not look like they designed it for two people to share. If that's true, I think that's a huge mistake. I wish the camera had lingered in the area of the bedside lamps. I would have liked a better look at what kind of electrical connections, if any, are by the bed. It looks to me like there's a USB outlet by the bed, but it's really hard to tell. If they did not put an electrical outlet by the bed, too... that would be a mistake. But I guess CPAP users could run a cord from the desk. Another thing that jumps out at me is the electrical connections at the desk. I thought MSC was designing this ship to appeal to the USA cruising market. Seems like for a Miami based ship, it would have made more sense to put two American-style 110 volt outlets at the desk and one European-style 220 volt outlet... but they did the opposite. Overall, I'd say the cabin looks nice, but I think there's still room for improvement in their next generation of ships.

Hi Jim, On one side of the bed there is a USB outlet, but only on one side. Unfortunately there is no electrical outlet overthere. These are available at the desk.

At the desk there are two European style 220 volt outlets + 1 american style 110 volt.

It's missing a chair. On the layout they had online, next to the sofa, in the big empty space is supposed to be a chair. That's going to be disappointing if it's not added. What a waste of space.

You’d think for the price of this suite, it would actually be a suite. It’s more like a basic room. And doesn’t seem to have much space at all. Closet is decent, balcony is nice, but it seems like everything is a tight fit. I booked this room for May 2018 and I’m kind of regretting my decision. It almost looks like basic standard rooms. Everything looks different in person so I hope I’m wrong. For the price I paid I could of just booked the yacht club suite.

Hello, thank you for posting this video. This may seem like a funny question but is there any plexiglass above the railing surrounding the hot-tub? If anyone was standing along the edge there doesn't seem to be much to keep them from tumbling over. I have family with small children that are booked in one of those rooms so they might find that concerning. Certainly supervision is key but I know that would make me worried...I thank you in advance for your response!

I didnt notice any plexiglass above the railing. Seems very dangerous to me for small children who stand on the hottub. So be careful!
