Awe were on the Virtuosa this August to Norway. Excellent trip. Buffet and bars are very busy. Get used to Queing!. Staff were very friendly and the food was good. The ship was very clean. I would think when the weather is good, the pool and outdoor areas would be chaotic.

I would just say to anyone thinking of going on a cruise the short crises are always going to be a bit chaotic. Lots of stash and hen do's and boozy groups of people

Went on this cruise last April for a week was amazing but cold but we knew that . Going again in August for 12 days Mediterranean will be hot and I reckon a complete different experience can't wait. You guys seemed to enjoy it.....the ships massive.

We were on the Virtuoso from 5th-18th May, we were on deck 12, and Symphony dining room, our 2 waiters that took care of the whole time we’re fab, bread service on point, drinks waiting for us after the first day when new what we were drinking, we did have drinks package though. Food was a bit hit or miss on the temperature.

Was on this ship sept /Oct med cruise, found it brilliant, great food and brilliant staff.Biggest complaint was disembarkation ,it was shambles. Biggest yes was entertainment. Downside was drinks packages v exxy .Still would go on it again .

The MSC Virtuosa is a lovely ship - our first experience was a cruise to Norway in 2022. We enjoyed the cruise probably because it was not at full capacity. We did a med cruise last year and my goodness what a difference!! Food quality had really gone down, not enough staff so getting a drink much harder and the bars were always full which made it difficult to get a seat. We would definitely not book with MSC again.

I've had 3 P&O cruises and thought MCS was much better, it had nice food and loud partys, P&O was boring and full of old people, like a floating retirement home. I've booked another MSC cruise.

You will absolutely love the ship it’s Beautiful. We did go at a really busy time over the weekend and in half term. We have heard the longer cruises aren’t like this. So you should be fine. Let us know how it goes and we hope you have a great time 😊

I like Virtuosa, but wouldn't do a short cruise due to how busy they can be. It was an obvious oversight not bringing bread or drinks for dinner, but they served four of you and in that time you could absolutely have asked for both. Or spoken with the restaurant manager. Sounds to me that maybe, it became a bit like, "let's see if we if they ever offer it to us" so you didn't ask. ( hence, joking about bread the rest of the evening) Hey ho, well we all have things we like and things we don't, and it was an experience if nothing else. I would recommend a longer cruise though.

It's your hard working money put forth to get back a quality service and product, you should be picky to a degree. Expectations should be there but, of course, with understanding that they must be very busy and people make mistakes. True. Either way, not too bad of a fault compared to the whole, it seems. ☺️

I have been on this ship twice, great ship but food was awful and service wasn’t the best neither, until you go on a princess cruise you realise how bad msc is! P&0 isn’t to bad tbf but princess is just amazing

Just back from 5 nights on this ship. The ship and staff were li Ely. The found was just awful. Entertainment was OK. All the nice things are extra charges. Be prepared. Just all felt a bit 3 star. I probably won't cruise with them again.

Give the staff their due there are loads of tables all being served from same kitchen, you keep going on about you weren’t offered bread or a drink that’s the first thing we were offered when we sat down at table 302. You have kept saying we haven’t been offered a drink or bread why not ask the server who gave you your food they would get it for you.
