Removing My 6 Week Old Cornrows + Length Check

In this video (recorded on September 26, 2021), I show you how I safely remove my six week old cornrows. I originally planned to keep them in for three to four weeks but they were so convenient that I decided to keep them longer.
I’m on a protective style journey right now and I’m trying different styles to keep things interesting.

Girl i feel you! This exactly happened to me a couple months ago. I went for a silk press and was going on vacation the next week and wanted to wear my hair straight for once, and the stylist came out of nowhere with scissors and chopped 4" from the right side of my hair without my consent. I refused to let her even it out and cut the left side. I was so angry. But anyways glad you are seeing the light now. Happy growing to us all!

The shedding that I had in the video is what came out. I had a little bit more after washing my hair but it wasn't anything too crazy.

Ms carton me and you are going through the same thing I can’t wait until my hair grows I’m using all of the DIYs and all of the arvuverdic herbs moorings bringraj, Amal and DIY cond. so believe me I know what you’re going through and I’m going with you.But only I had to cut my hair from cancer so it was kinda different but my hair is past shoulder length and still growing don’t forget to pray for your hair it works god is in charge ❤blessings 🙏🏾

My grandma use to always say pray for your hair. She had cancer as well and she would braid it up and leave it and it got so thick and long.
