Hey Nick, I recently graduated from UH Bauer College of Business with my bachelor's in Finance and just started my first semester at Florida State University as an MSF Grad student. I was wondering if we could chat about the differences between your experience at UH with the MSF program compared to mine at FSU. btw I find yall's videos very informative! Also wondering about your thoughts on possibly pursuing a CFA after finishing an MSF degree.

@@xxnf99987 MSF if it's within top 20 B-Schools much more practical and applicable than CFA which you could get at any point within your career minus the 3 years commitment and 4 yrs experience within same field so MSF or MBA in Finance even better

@@hany9978 the CFA is the most respected professional designation within investment management. It all depends on what career path within finance that one takes. The CFA is more practical either way based on the structure as compared to any masters program

@@xxnf99987 i would disagree and i'm not in US actually in Egypt, it's a relatively rarity to find a fully CFA Charterholder in the field because it's prestige and hard to acquire no shred of doubt but practicality wise not so much if Compared to MSF from AUC or MBA in Finance from AUC and it's one of the top 100 B-Schools in the world has much more value and practicality due to Financial Modeling, Valuations, Risk Management and much more courses bridging theory and practicality + it's endorsed by CFA as Official Prep Program covering 70% BOK so it's dual win you get to study all that's there in CFA and apply it with groups... on top of connections & relations you build so that's i'm more biased to MSF or MBA in Finance when it's part of the top 20 B-Schools.
