MSFS 2020 | London Heathrow take off and landing - Airbus A380 | RTX 4090 4K

Flying the A380 above London, and turning around over London City airport.
Had issues controlling the airplane after the turn around, the aircraft was in a nose up attitude and the Xbox One Controller pitch up and down joystick stopped pitching down even when max pitch down was commanded, and then after a while it went back to normal.
I don't remember London looking so bad last I played 2020, I think the buildings were much more accurately reflected. This is a relatively new install of the game for me now. It's as if the high res package for London is missing...
