And you dont have to play each day or week , you dont loose money for not managing anything . That part won me opposed to the AH release, great for casual GA flying .Exploring places you would not particularly choose if flying free. Its great for purpose or something to do. They did say more stuff was coming to purchase with your earned cash , Its still Early release not full release

Same here! I like AH but it’s very elitist. If you don’t fly everyday(at least in the beginning) then your company goes down the 🚽. SkyPark is great if you want to pick it up for a few days and then leave for a bit. Just needs more features so hopefully they will come in time.

Would love for them to add a built in browser app to the homescreen! That way I can have the Skypad pinned on top of my MSFS and surf the internet and watch youtube while I fly. Would make the experience more immersive as I don't have to constantly tab in and out to change apps.

Is Skypark still working? All I can do is "Save" but not "Request" a flight mission, even at the beginning flight. Then when I "Begin Flight" I can't load the items asked for (ie: the Skypads for the beginner flight run).

One thing that would be lovely to experiment is to be able to share the contract. Using that share code to allow someone else to share the earnings from any given contract. Let’s say you get a contract that offers you $350. You should be able to share x% of it with a buddy and if both pilots complete the job they should receive their part of the earnings. Even better, you should be able to offer an X% shared contract and your buddy should accept it or propose a different share maybe!

This (SkyPark) vs. NeoFly vs. Other products in the same vertical. Which one is best for the money for MSFS 2020?

That is a really good question. For me each of them offer something slightly different, but still an overarching theme. The better question to ask is... what are you wanting to simulate? The answer to this question will help guide you. If you are wanting to fly some of the time, but also want to build up a corporate empire, to simulate the running's of a successful business and not just fly an aeroplane, then Air Hauler 2 and OnAir are the titles for you to look at. If you are looking for scripted content with a touch of management but more flying then NeoFly is a great choice (also the only Freemium choice). If you predominantly want a way to explore the virtual world, to be given chances to fly to places you have never flown before without being restricted to an aircraft or airport, or roleplay as a pilot for hire; then Skypark is definitely for you. Gute Erklärung, dankeschön - nur eine Kleinigkeit: Meilen = km x 1,61 (ca.) - Geschwindigkeit ist mph / miles per hour. Seemeilen = km x 1,852 - Geschwindigkeit ist KT / Knoten. Da das Flugzeug die Geschwindigkeit anhand des entgegenwirkenden Luftstroms misst (Staudruck), und damit die tatsächliche Geschwindigkeit über Grund davon meist abweicht, außerdem der Luftruck mit zunehmender Höhe abweicht, ist in der Luftfahrt von ".. KIAS" die Rede, also ".. Knots indicated Air Speed", quasi die auf den Instrumenten angegebene Geschwindigkeit. Diese ist besonders wichtig, da davon auch Strömungsabrisse abhängen (wenn man zu schnell oder zu langsam fliegt). 100 KIAS auf 10000' ist langsamer als 100 KIAS auf 40000' da du mit weniger Luftdruck schneller fliegen musst, um den selben Staudruck sowie Luftstrom an den Tragflächen zu erzeugen. Um die tatsächliche Fluggeschwindigkeit zu finden, gibt es "KTAS" oder "Knots True Air Speed". Die Geschwindigkeit in Relation zum Boden ist "GS" oder "Ground Speed". Die ergibt sich aus True Air Speed +/- Wind. Hat wenig mit dem ILS Glide Slope zu tun, welcher meist ebenfalls mit GS abgekürtzt wird, bzw. manchmal G/S aber egal ;)

@@Novawing24 Ok. When I first started using it, it seemed as if all you could do is drag it around the screen by clicking on the edges. I tried doing what you say, but size markers didn't appear while clicking and holding near the edges and corners, the way it does when sizing a window. So it seemed that it couldn't be sized. So, I'll try it again. I guess you're saying to click and hold a corner to size. I tried clicking on the user manual link for Skypark but it didn't work. I was hoping to find the answer there.

Great question! I like them both (I recommend checking out my review of AH2 for MSFS while you're here) While very similar they have a fundamental difference of what they are simulating. Skypark simulates you being a pilot for hire. So whether you want connecting jobs or just a reason to fly somewhere you've never flown before it's a great way to explore the world. AH2 on the other hand focuses on similating running your own company, starting small and growing or alternatively starting big and growing bigger depending on the difficulty you start with. Both are great products, with different audiences. The best question to ask, is what do you want out of your simulation experience? Safe Skies!

Maybe I am missing something, but what is the point in earning money in Skypark? It looks like you can pick any airplane you have installed in FS2020 to fly at no cost to you. you don't pay for the fuel or upkeep. Is it about the joy of flying and no management aspect at all? Personally I like the management aspect. The 'grind' of making funds so I can afford a larger plane and take on bigger cargos and do longer flights. The app looks awesome and looks more polished than others, but to me it is more about what is happening behind the menus and buttons that is more important than how shiny they are. So please. Novawing24 and others. Please explain to me what is the target audience for this addon? and what are you suppose to spend your earned cash on?

Q: What can I do with the money? A: While In "Early Access", we're learning the rate of gains before introducing pilot costs. In the future, you can expect MANY things to spend your money on, but planes will never be one of them. It's important to get the pace of profits and losses just right so the game scale remains fairly true to life. Fun over frustration is our goal. NOTE: This reply is straight from the FAQ and not meant to sway you in any way shape or form. Point blank The Skypark is for Pilots, not airline managers, if that's what you enjoy, TSP isn't for you, and that's perfectly OK! //e

I refunded AH2 and got this instead. AH2 is great if you have 3/4 hours a day to grind getting your business going but sadly I don’t. I like SkyPark as it gives me the same ability to perform jobs but I can pick up and play whenever I wish without my career suffering. Don’t get me wrong though, AH2 is a good and if you have a lot of spare time I highly recommend.

@@YakobtoshiNakamoto I use Neofly. I have been interested in AH2, but don't have the time to play as much as before. NF offers you jobs both close and afar. Is it a grind to get enough funds for another plane than the C-172 you start with? Sure there is, but to me that is the aspect that made me put in way more hours into the game. I still have the option to not use any external 'addon' and fly any plane or anywhere I want. Just to me, Skypark is about things I don't enjoy or see as challenging. It's good though. Different addons and programs caters to different players. Diversity.

Indeed, in the RP mode money is now needed to move between airports to start jobs as well as paying contractors to load / unload the aircraft. More is planned as time goes on as well.

But the only features it has is a world map where you can see flights/contracts, a gps map that shows the plane and where you are going, your bank account, a progress app that shows what level you are and your karma depending if you do legal or illegal contracts and if you complete contracts that you pick up, they are timed. It's kind of simple for what it is, but it's well done and gives just enough extra info to make the flights more fun and it gets you flying in and out of airports and places you never heard of quickly.

Well that's not my experience. The team have implemented multiple updates to it including how contracts are generated, ability to choose / create custom jobs, behaviour of the tablet, fixes to bugs at the back end and numerous changes to the RP mode. I would suggest if you are not getting updates that you lodge a support ticket.
