​@@Blackbox711that's fantastic. My PPL examiner, who also did some of my instruction, was an Air New Zealand Dash8 Captain. When he went to the 787, he was downgraded to be a second officer. Now he's on the A320 as a first officer. Very curious.

Yep, airlines have different concepts. I am very happy our let’s a Captain remain to be one even when he or she changes the aircraft fleet.

Lots of issues are based in-house which is something I can’t openly discuss.
