This 777 is taking everyone by surprise mate nice stream. Only things im not liking is seeing the “procedures” placed as ECL items rather than just checklist stuff. But its caught me by surprise its very nice and hope when Vnav is released that it works well.

I have one and I fly on a dx12 and I have not encountered a screen flickering problem. I think your USB ports are automatically reducing the power. You should go to the Device Manager and change the power saving settings for the USB ports. It will work better for you.

heard you speak of admin rights when running batc in some addons you need both the sim to be run the same ie both need to be on admin not one on admin and the other not on

i could not seem to know how to use beyond atc and vatsim with the 787 family because i could not get comm 2 to work at the same time as comm 1 if you could help me with this problem it would be great thanks

Xplane may have better physics, but im not gonna pay 80 dollars for another sim that doesn't have satellite scenery, clouds that still look like Minecraft blocks, etc. Also having your game crash and seeing alot of other streamers have the same is anotger reason why, and I gotta spend another 1 to 2k on addons again just to be happy with Xplane. I am a glider pilot and have flown GA planes and working on my ppl if anyone wants to say im stupid

Well, I did like you mentioned in one of the previous videos. Always wanted to try VATSIM, but there was that one bit how would that go. After watching few streams, I decided to get BATC. First I did a few flights with it and yesterday I had my first flight on VATSIM. I was surprised that it went pretty smooth, I think training what to say with BATC helped me a lot to relax. As a standalone ATC, of course, it has a long way to go, but my firsthand experience is that it can give a pretty good feel before trying VATSIM for new users.

How you managed to you make sceneries working? Almost all my airports are dead in 12.1.0beta1. How could I fix this?

Thank you for this review. It feels to me it is very cheap plastic used for the knobs. There are literally like 3 switches and they just used some cheap plastic. I also expected the eng switches are going to have some "click" sound and I heard nothing. Very disappointed. Also for some reason it feels very small basically like a toy like a most of the steering wheels on the market which are much smaller than real steering wheel.

Thanks for the vid. (just subbed). I've avoided Vatsim as I wanted to try and learn the basics first - and this is a really good tool to just get your head around what to say and when. Obviously, it's also gonna be useful to fill in the gaps when Vatsim has no coverage. I've done 2 BATC flights so far, and - on the whole - it's worked really well.

Hi I was wondering if the lcd displays in the plane work for you as they don’t for me same with the EFIS. You can set lcd displays by going to fmc - pmdg - aircraft - displays - lcd

Hello BB711, I truly appreciated your testflight and your humour while instructed to climb to FL161 during go-around phase. Beyond that it looks like the characters consumption is much lower than published, BeyondATC claims a consumption of "Average flight with or without traffic: 15k chars or about $0.45" versus about 6100 characters in your test flight. It was a short hop, but with a go around with multiple heading instructions and you still consumed "only" around 6100 characters. I fully agree with the benefit to gain confidence with ATC exchanges and further more I will say that with the future traffic injection the flight simulation will gain a new level of immersion. The mix between BATC and IVAO/VATSIM is a great idea. Thank you BB711. Tchüss!

I’ve used BATC now for 3 flights 2 from Edinburgh to Gatwick and 1 from Gatwick to Edinburgh. All 3 went well. On arrival at Gatwick and arrival at Edinburgh, on transferring to ground I was informed that there was no data in my scenery to give me a gate position and taxi at my discretion. Gatwick scenery was by Orgami Studios via Inibulds and Edinburgh scenery was by Pyreegue. Although, taxiways on both airports was identified.

I spent too many credits before I realized they are taken away even if they tell you they could not understand your request. It kept happening to me for some reason. i had to restart it and then it worked. The next flight, it happened again, so I now use the basic voices for everything. The problem with Vatsim for me is coverage.
