@@GripperSim I am sure there are real stunts pilots who would like to do it. And I think it could be possible. But it must be a problem with insurances, like when Bob Hoover had to stop displaying in his 70s, due to insurances... We could fit a plane with air bags inside the cockpit, so that if it goes wrong, the airbags deploy to protect the pilot, creating like a cushion all around his/her body. The thing is, as you showed in St Barts, you do NOT land in crosswind conditions, you end up *facing* the wind, and most planes when landing are in a mostly-facing wind between 50 to 150 knots, this is *wanted* , otherwise they would *stall* .
