Apologies for the mistake in the video sequence. I recorded the video yesterday. Add UPN suffix in your on-premises AD to match the verified domain name. Follow this link: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/prepare-a-non-routable-domain-for-directory-synchronization?view=o365-worldwide Next, during the Entra Connect Tool installation, you can check the box that says "Continue without matching all UPN suffixes to verified domain." to continue with installation.
