If you have two or more DC then you have high availability for your DNS zones. For DHCP, you can use DHCP fail-over relationship.

Sir I'm not getting your point as why you just created forward lookup zone and why four active directory integrated zone and what is _ msdsc Secondly as there are two domain controllers sonwe need to create forward look up zone for bothe the Domain controllers please make me understand in simple.language

@@George-mk7lp If you want to create two separate subnets with different DNS suffix name for clients. In DNS clients with seconds DNS suffix (msftwebcast.local) will register in seconds DNS Zone (msftwebcast.local).
