I just bought the monster hunter edition one, and it looks so beautifull. The rathalos cover looks amazing, and the touchpad feels smooth even with a custom paint on it. My only complaint is the same, the fan is absurdly loud. But at least it works really well, keeping my laptop under 60 degrees while playing.

@@putudewangga8425 indeed the lid cover is a piece of art on monster hunter edition. For cooling I also use a laptop stand to help with the airflow. I wish you a great year ahead !

Nice review ! I am also planning to buy the same model but have a few doubts. 1. Is there any screen bleeding issue ? 2. How many hrs battery backup can I get on power saving mode using integrated graphics card, screen resolution set to 1080p and refresh rate to 60 hz ? 3. Is there any option to stop the charging at 80% while charging like the one available in Asus laptops ? This option prevents battery degradation over time. 4. Can you check PD charging the laptop via type c port using 65W adapter while doing light usage like browsing, watching YT etc. The charger is lighter and can be useful while travelling when you don't game anyways.

@@shu12316 hi, there is minimal bleeding, almost unnoticeable. Unfortunately there is no way to stop the charging at 80%. For the other 2 questions I need some time to do the testing.

@@Mohit-gm9gg I had this lap for 2 months now and I am not disappointed at all. Its fast and with DLLS activated(in Fortnite) I get between 150-240 fps with good quality graphics. Now I don’t know what to advise you because this comes down to personal preference as well. In my case this laptop does a great job. I bought it for University and for gaming. If I would have to buy the laptop again I would probably go for the same model. Its decent priced and it has good performance.(not good battery life but its a gaming laptop, your not supposed to play games on battery anyway so it doesn’t matters that much for me)

@@shareem1779 gaming laptops are not intended to be used to play games on battery, the internal components require a lot of power in a short time and the battery is not capable of providing(when gaming). For example if the charger is plugged I play Fortnite at around 200 fps, if I unplug the charger the fps drops at 60 … and it will last probably around an hour or less. The battery generally lasts around 4 hours of decent usage like browsing and light stuff. I wouldn’t recommend editing on battery unless you have a nearby socket. And if the 4070 version is available in your region then I would definitely go for that

@ that is a hard one, first of all it comes down to personal preference. Generally speaking, MSI is well known for its performance gaming laptops. Since the processor is similar and the gpu is the same I suggest you check the screen type, resolution, HDR, RGB, battery life, speakers and build materials for both laptops and you choose the one that suits your needs the best

@@reqtus07 the MSI is better for gaming in my opinion. You can upgrade the ram memory up to 96gb were the Lenovo support only 32gb max. The same thing for ssd storage, MSI can handle more and faster storage. One of the storage slots on the MSI is m.2 gen5 which is 2.5 times faster than gen4, Lenovo has only gen 4. So if you’re buying it for gaming and you want to upgrade it at some point then the MSI is the correct choice. The RGB light has more customisable zones on the MSI. Based on the specs I would buy the MSI not the Lenovo. Lenovo is good as well and it has some nice features like g-synk and HDR which MSI lacks, but that is not a big deal. Msi all day for me. Also the MSI looks better and has better ventilation. I hope that helped, if it did, a sub would be fantastic 😊

@parththakur313 that is a good question. Yes it will, and I hope it does well 😂 based on the GTA 6 specs it should be working. We don’t know how it performs until the game comes out probably at the end of 2025. However if you have the budget go for the 4070 version, it is the exact same laptop the only thing that differs is the graphics card . This is the laptop Crosshair 16 HX D14VGKG.

@@nonbiasedreviews4027 I did a little digging and yes it has it, but dude you should post a video about benchmarks of this laptop like geekbench, cinebench 2023 & 2024 and other stuff. And try testing this laptop on different games with MSI afterburner which will give us the data about CPU & GPU temps, wattage, clock speed, etc and one more thing what's the colour gamut of the display and how many nits of brightness does it have. Thanks that's all.
