MSI Delta 15 A5EFK Hinge Replacement

My left hinge also had the same issue, is way too stiff and cracked the mounts after about 1 1/2 years. Glad its easily removed though, I was afraid I would have to tear down the whole thing to get the screen off. Seems messed up that this is a common issue for a 1500 dollar device. The plastic part that covers the hinge and sits behind where the hinge attaches to the top half of the laptop has snapped on mine. Do u know where I could find a replacement and repair it

you will need to buy replacement hinges + msi delta 15 replacement lcd cover (the back metal behind the display, the hinges attach to it)

Alternatively, if you don't care about cosmetics, you can drill through the back case and use nuts and bolts to secure a new hinge.
