Try reinstall game. Open Nvidia control panel and select nfs heat. Turn off vsync. Try this method

My laptop is MSI GF63 GTX 1650 With Max Q Variant. Its performs better. Value for money. All you need to do is just upgrade Ram from 8 to 16
