Let me put you wise as to how price is calculated?. It is not that i wish to sell in so much amount. Every thing is mathematical. House is on 12 marla plot. 85 % area of 12 marla is allowed for construction which is called covered area. 85% of 12 marla is 10.2 marla. It means 10.2 multiplied by 225 sq feet and it comes 2295 sq feet. Now A+ rate of construction is Rs 5000 per foot. 2295 multiplied by 5000. It becomes 1 corore and 15 lacs. Now make it 2crore hypothically. Plot is worth one crore. Make it 3 crore. Maximun cist of furnishing 10.2 marla covered area is 90 lacs. To 1 crore. I added one one crore hypothicallt as profit. House is not more than 3 8000000. Use of glass in doors and windows is not A+ rate. It should be wood. Tile is also not A+ Flaws are in addition. Like grilling of window is v important. Not done. Meter board place inside . Electric appliances are low quality. Ward robe shoud not in bed room
