I work remotely too and I live on the East Coast and work for the West Coast. From Alaska down to Hawaii and all the way over to new Mexico and up to Montana. So Yeah, I come in 3 hours earlier than my Western counterparts and they like it since they start out behind the east which is where headquarters is.
