22 inch frame drums are widely used in the middle east, i dont agree that its something thats rarely used and only for a rare occassion....

Marla what "tuning system" is on these drums? Most frame drums I've seen are not tunable.

Heat, moist. All of them have to be practized by someone who knows as the skin breaks very easy

The Cooperman drums have tuning screws and are adjustable with tuning wrench.

You can play it frame drum style. You can play almost any drum frame style. Even metal trays.

- 14 or 16" for upright style - 14 or 16 for middle but 20 can do too - freehand style a bigger (16,18,20) not 14
