(Technically the sister won that election but she voluntarily got herself expelled from school for confessing to Tracy’s crime.) Tracy in no way ruined Mr. McAllister’s life. He did that all on his own.

I kind of figured that the "Mean Girls" title would end with Regina. But I was really surprised #2 wasn't #1. Kathryn was evil and really did not Care who she hurt or how she did it. Maria Cowle cause Regina is more iconic and plus she defines what a mean girl in high school actually is. Kathryn was just downright mean and vicious, while Regina was mean to those who got in her way, Kathryn was mean to everyone in general and just hated life. Though I will say Sarah nailed the character perfectly, going from sweet and strong Buffy to cold hearted Kathryn shows how versatile she was back in the day.

Here is my own story of Mean Girls 2 After Regina, Karen, and Gretchen became nice, they said sorry to everybody they fooled, backstabbed, and spreaded rumors, Janis and Cady forgave them and became best friends again. Around September when they started school two new students named Jo and Abby went to Northshore Highschool. The Original Plastics welcomed them. When they were shopping at the mall the new Plastics named Mandy, Hope, and Chastity got jealous and angry because the Original plastics dressed up nice and were kind friends while the New Plastics or known as Sequel Plastics dressed up ridiculously and were mean. They get affected easily while the Originals ignored them. One night when The Original Plastics had a sleepover having fun before going to bed, Regina got a text message. It was from the New Plastics and they cyber bullied the New Plastics saying "I'm more beautiful than you!" "You're not good enough" "You copied us!" and other mean comments. Regina cried and told her best friends about what happened. Every day when it's school time, the Mandy, Hope, and Chastity the New plastics continued to spread rumors, bullied, and beat up the Original Plastics until Regina couldn't stand it anymore. Regina the Original leader of the Original Plastics stood up and so with her friends to the New Plastics and sent them to Mr Duvall's Office. He expelled Mandy, Hope, and Chastity from Northshore Highschool. After the New Plastics got expelled, they were sent to a 1950's/1960's Boarding School (e.g Charles Darwin) and were forced to follow the strict rules by the That'll Teach Em Teachers (e.g Mr Williams-Biology, Mr Stanley-Music, Miss Gibson-English, Miss Carter-Math, Dr Szydlo-Chemistry, Miss Bryant-PE, Matron and other teachers) The New Plastics tried to escape from the Boarding school but the teachers got angry screaming "How dare you break the rules!" "This is gruesome insolence!" "What nonsense is this?!" and etc. It could have been better if The Original Mean Girls cast were in Mean Girls 2 and help Abby and Jo beat up the New Plastics.
