@@AlyTarmin nope. You would have to prove that they are also following you into private areas or using something to monitor you in a private area without your knowledge. You would need to know their full name and other identifying things about them such as make/model of car, description of them, home or job where they can reliably be found to be served, and, depending on the state, they may require more.

Rachel Genn Have you seen his shows? First of all, his “guests” are overwhelmingly female. He rarely has male guests on there. Kinda makes me think he doesn’t think highly of females. And the sole purpose of his show seems to be to humiliate these people. A lot of them are young girls, so I hardly see how this “treatment” is helpful. He had his license revoked in Texas, so I’m not sure he should be calling himself “Dr.” unless he has a PhD I am unaware of. He’s just mean to get ratings. And unfortunately, it works. People love to see unpleasant people brought down. I personally don’t think that is the way to deal with these people. I’m no shrink, but seems like this kind of treatment would make the person even angrier. He should try to figure out the source of their problems and be kinder about it - but no one would watch that. He is a mean, nasty man who basically is no better than a snake oil salesman.
