3 months on a boat together-didn’t pressure her into sex and read to her every night whilst holding her hand, to say Pacey was the best guy is an understatement-tv and movies don’t come close to how great he actually was. I mean I’m yet to see another character that’s that Witty and still caring all in one. Nobody gives guys the little things anymore. And I really love how they gave him lines that made everyone think he knew her better than Dawson did.

@@stevemyopinion423 What are you talking about? Joey said that Dawson knew her past but she wants Pacey to know her future as they were dating just for couple of months at that point when Dawson knew her for her entire life. Also, Dawson was selfish with her and wanted her to do things he wanted all the time, while Pacey gave her space, he supported her dreams and passions, he was always there for her. He literally drove to pick her up from another town after her break up. Pacey had insecurities, which was always the reason why a fight started between them cause he felt he is not good enough for her and that she deserves better and he was afraid she loves Dawson more.
@stevemyopinion4233 жыл бұрын
she told pacey after almost a year of dateing dawson know me BEST, in ten years that would be you, she also said that becosue pecey throw a fit, ( so yea if they were still together in 10 then pacey may know her best but they broke up so it did not happen.) second take a break from your dawson hate, and ask yourselves when name one time that dawson only wanted her to do thinks he wanted, he push and paid for her to do her art and college, there is not one time were he force her to do anything, dawson like do you want to watch a move, she said yea, that not forceing and you forget they watch move and talk, that no different then when pacey was over and they talked. you bashing dawson for something he did not do.
@becgreen98603 жыл бұрын
Pacey said to Joey that he remembers everything, I truly believe Dawson didn’t know that it was her mothers bracelet. He didn’t show interest in her art- not in the way Pacey did. Pacey defended her when her art was ruined and helped her. You can say whatever you want but when it came to the show, showing Joey’s life and interest- Pacey helped her and Dawson was no where to be seen. Sitting in Dawson’s room watching him obsess over films only tells you about him, not her. She lived in his shadow and it was mentioned.
@hororka6663 жыл бұрын
@@stevemyopinion423 I don’t think Dawson is necessarily bad I just don’t think they worked as a couple. Dawson also made fun of her art when she first started to get into it. He was pushing her to choose him. Not to choose who she actually loves but that she needs to choose him. He did let her go to Pacey at the end but fiest he was making ultimatums. He also only states to like her when she dressed up for the beauty pageant. Pacey just showed up for her more and I just think overall he was a better partner. Like honestly most of not all fights between Pacey and Joey were because Pacey was scared about Joey liking Dawson more than him which she clearly did not. Not in the romantic sense. Not anymore and not as strongly as before. But Pacey didn’t believe in himself and therefore didn’t believe Joey could actually love him and that crated most of the conflict. I am also just on the 4th season and Dawson at this point is the less mature and more selfish one based on the actions of both characters.

CASTAWAYS!!! Great honorable mentions at the end. Castaways is my favorite go-to standalone episode! Having Pacey and Joey together, alone for the whole episode, was like manna from heaven! NO other two characters on that show could have pulled it off. I loved Jack and Jen, but I can't imagine what they could do or talk about for forty-five minutes that would have kept me interested the whole time, especially at that time in Season 6. Pacey and Joey could have carried an episode by themselves at ANY time, even in Season ONE, and it STILL would have been riveting! (Hunting snails, anyone? Even that was fun!) @@jsisaza94 Man, I hate to agree. When I say that this show was the most relatable thing and closest anything comes to depicting my love life. I always saw myself as Dawson, being in love with my girl best friend for the last 4 years of highschool, watching this show at 18, now 19 and never having been in a relationship. She had a boyfriend the middle two years but we were still so close, debatably more than them. Every class, we had together, sat together over our friends. Until the last year of highschool, where she tells me they broke up cause she realised she was talking to me more than him. I had learned to bury my feelings years back and was finally moved on. She has a party at hers and I get with this chick I like and then later in the night we are sitting together and after years of flirtation remarks and hypothetically beating around the bush, we kissed and that night slept together. Things are great for months, we had agreed it was just benefits and would stop if it was weird but I believe after my friends were talking about us “dating” she got scared and called things quits. Things weren’t weird, so I said I needed space, not talking for a couple months until the day her grandma passed and was hysterical asking if we could talk. We spoke all day, bought her lunch/dinner/coffee and go home and I tell myself I think I’m ready to be friends again but when I get home my friend tells me they fucked the night before, which destroyed me. She tells me her seeing me with another girl the night before made her realise how much she liked me, so we try again for a couple months and great until she goes distant again. After finally talking, she elaborates that she just knew it wasn’t going to work from early on after sleeping, but just needed to know and needed to try which I can respect. I ask if it was cause she never really was attracted to me and she reluctantly agrees. We spoke for the last time in December ‘20 and I haven’t seen her since, I watched Dawson’s creek shortly after and seeing Pacey end with Joey felt like finally putting the nail in it being truly over and the “best friend” not getting the girl in the end, which stung.

Her speech at the Golden Globes or something, bragging on the right to choose made it possible for her to win an award... Was the gist of the speech. Which is a little sickening. I'm for right to choose, but how she said it and boasted about the actual act it seemed. Was disgusting but I'm glad she wanted a ward, I'm glad she became more famous and wealthy and Rich because of her right to choose. Ramble ramble ramble. I know. I'll never forget that speech. I remember watching the first season and not really caring/paying much attention to Pacey - I figured he was just going to be the cliche side-kick character for Dawson and at that time I was all about Dawson and Joey’s will-they won’t-they to even care about Pacey sleeping with his teacher storyline (which I knew wouldn’t go anywhere anyway) but something changed for me in S2 and I just became transfixed by Pacey. I knew this bc for all of S1 I use to roll my eyes whenever he would enter the scene but somewhere in S2 my perception of him changed and he became the reason I kept on watching. Looking back I think it was because I could relate to him on that screw up/dark horse/hating school level and by the time S3 came he had completely over taken Dawson by miles, to me he was the main character of the show now and even though Joey pissed me off beyond belief they did have the BEST chemistry out of everyone on that show and the most romantic, intimate and memorable moments of the whole series. I’ve never in my life watched a show where the original “side-kick” had more development and things happen to him over the span of the entire series than the main character himself. Dawson quickly harnessed being a self-loathing man-child while Pacey just sucked it up and kept on going the best that he could while at the same time saying what we were all thinking, I think that’s why I love and still remember this show because of Pacey. Whether you like him or not, you can’t deny that Joshua’s talent didn’t carry that show from the cringy-twitchy beginning (Joey and Dawson) to a wholesome love story between two underdogs (Joey and Pacey).

So many beautiful moments! I loved when Pacey met Andi, Dawson and Joey's first kiss, Pacey and Joey falling in love, Jen's general growth with Jack as her bff and her video to her daughter, etc. The first time between Joey and Pacey was so sweet! I was a huge fan of DC when it was on. So dang good

Jen's death emotionally destroyed me i really love the show but i can't watch it again because every time i will see Jen i will be thinking that she will die and she will never see her daughter grow up. She was so young she had all her life ahead of her it breaks my heart.

"I remember everything" is iconic, romantic, and so nostalgic. It is the best quote in the series and very rightfully the number line on this list.

YAY!!!! I've been waiting for this video for SOOOOOOO long. I'm super happy right now. You literally picked the perfect moments. I'm glad there were so many Pacey Joey moments. They were the show. They deserved the number one spot. Thank you for making this. I loved PJ and Dawson's creek as a whole. 😍😘

I just remembered that this november is going to be 16 years since i watched DC for the first time. I was 13 and had a bit of a crush on Josh Jackson after watching 'Skulls'. Randomly changing channels i saw him, it was the episode where Pacey has a study session with Andie and ends up taking care of her mother who had a crisis on the market. Of course after seeing that my crush went major but then the series was really good and it always takes me back to my teen years. Still feels like yesterday
@maiteramirez49124 жыл бұрын
I’ve got to say.....I liiiiiived this show in my teen days. As a normal teen, I thought love should be like “love” was portrayed in the show. I was so unnecessary dramatic, insecure, jealous and immature , I was trying to live their lives and trying to find a love as the ones they were having. I was really too naive to spot the difference between reality and a tv story. I made my life a crazy a self esteem and love tragedy. Believe me, I messed all my relationships up (until the age of 30) trying to unconsciously replicate these intense loves. It took me 15 years to realized what I have been doing and how bad I was sabotaging my life. I didn’t have any critical thinking skill when I was 15 and those patterns followed me until I learned real life and love.....well, I will always love this show...always!

This show was so good! It did what Beverly Hills, 90210 couldn't do - Dylan and Brenda. They created storylines and they actually listened to what the fans wanted. Pacey and Joey ended up together. They didn't have to kill off Jen but.. it's all good. When Dawson found out the truth about Joey and Pacey was great. But nobody can do it better than Brenda finding out when Dylan and Kelly cheated on her. Classic!!! I love Jack's coming out poem, but I love how Pacey fought for his right... This list is perfect.

I always hated Dawson!! He had the perfect parents and the perfect life yet he complained to Joey about them constantly. And it always broke my heart that Dawson was the son that Pacey’s dad “wanted but never had.” And then there’s the simple fact that he was willing to let Joey be miserable in season 3 cause he didn’t want her with Pacey.
