I have SO much to say for the magicals on Magical Nexus! Fluoress: I wasn’t expecting Fluoress to “glide” around while it’s playing! I also like how its 1st track is almost like a leitmotif of its Light island sound! Even though it made a 3rd return, they still didn’t get to show off Fluoress’ ultraviolet notes, as mentioned in its bio… Floot Fly: I love how it needs to stretch to prepare for some song carrying.😅 Clackula: *GROOVE THOSE BONES!* Gob: Gob not only carries the song melodically, but also literally! It even produced a bass due to a lack of a castle! (And some other monsters that does the same thing) Poppette: I didn’t think it’ll produce those cymbal sounds! Also, it does VERY well transitioning the song! HippityHop & Denchuhs: They’ve complimented each other very well! And I like how the Denchuhs takes the place of Cantorell to duet with the HippityHops in the full song! Squot: They served this monster JUSTICE on Magical Nexus! Peckidna: “I may not sing, but I do carry the song! In *_THREE TRACKS!”_* (I like how there’s a star by Peckidna, and Tapricorn to show favorites. XD) TooToo: The animators are really at it with showing off TooToo’s ballet dancing to its fullest! Fiddlement: LOOPS! AND *_SPINS!!_* ⭐️Periscorp: *_OH SWEET GALVANA YOU’RE BACK, AND STILL GREAT AT AMPING UP ISLAND SONGS!_* Bridg-It: The nose scratching is adorable! Clavi-Gnat: Sounds funky! (As before on Faerie island😅) And I didn’t expect it to be able to hold notes! Withur: Maybe it’s not _just_ lore reasons for why Sanctum magicals can’t go to the Nexus…Xyster does sound similar to Withur after all. (And coincidentally enough, both of their instruments are a type of zither!) Uuduuk: Even for a monster who isn’t quite the mobile type, it’s very expressive in its playing animations! Blow’t: OH CRUD IT JUMPS NOW! Gloptic: I like how it rubs its instrumental tentacle after playing its 1st track, and the lil 4th wall break it does in its 2nd track! XD Plinkajou: Its animations for keeping its own tail out of reach for playing, and it hugging it are very adorable!☺️ I love how in the majority of these, the animators, and the composers, went above, and BEYOND showing off what these magicals can do, even after for only appearing on one island! They all got the spotlight they deserved after a few years since the final wave of Light Island’s monsters releasing!

Fun fact: If you watch the part where TooToo is jumping around, you'll notice that the hand movements Pluckbill is making are actually on time with TooToo's footsteps. Pluckbill wasn't even making any audible sound then, so the animation wasn't needed, but they added it anyway as a fun detail.
