I beleive the loading screen song was developed a while before the games release so that monster in the end is either cut content, maybe Mimic, a quint or quad monster yet to be revealed, or a little easter egg for those who sat through the song entirely

I like how the background is plant island since it mostly consists of plant island monsters, and for the mystery monster just from the fact its mostly plant island, is probably a scrapped monster (who was gonna be on plant island most likely) or just Hoola, but I doubt that because when the loading screen song was developed, Hoola didn't exist yet. Neither did the dipsters or any other monsters that could've matched it, really. Who knows though!

2:12 i think this is either pompom or their original idea for how the dipsters would sound, and they just never redid it in the loading theme and took a while to bring them into the game
