@@herballycorrect….please do your research and I’m going to help you out. Imma need you to go to Project 2025 section3, chaper18, page587 which is the Working Family Flexible Act. Which in a nutshell will convert all OT into PTO. So therefore you won’t be getting taxed on overtime but you won’t be getting paid for it either. Now, hopefully your employer has a system in place to keep up with your OT to convert it into PTO and hopefully you can get your request to take said, PTO when needed but if you are currently working overtime it’s probably due to short staffing so I don’t see how additional PTO will be possible but by chance if it is and your request for your OT PTO is approved, please keep in mind that those hours will be taxed….DonOLD Trump is the best vacuum cleaner salesman of all times. He goes from door to door selling the impossible any ppl actually be buying it.
