I've been in a courtroom where the defendant started cursing at the judge . they took him out and never cleared the courtroom. So to have to clear the court is almost unheard of even during mafia trials . Costello really must have p/o the judge. Or trying for a miss trial .

What I want to know, is why the judge didn't hold that clown in contempt of court, and give him a week for each of the jes and eye roll, I'm sure a few judges would have sent him to the cells for a few hours at least. Nobody ist justifying anything, they are trying to make clear what went on. Cohen was angry that after all he did for the Trump business they tried to cut his bonus, and he got the money out of them in some other way.
