Sadly... Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss will probably never see actual funds from this judgement. This was a righteous verdict, a fair verdict and hopefully a deterrent to others who would contemplate committing this kind of crime . However, ln my humble opinion , the reason giuliani is being so flippant and continues to defame the ladies, is because he knows that they won't get a fraction of what they have been granted. He is 80 years old and will probably continue to litigate this case in appeal after appeal. He should have EVERYTHING he owns, including the clothes on his back sold at auction and all the proceeds given to the ladies. Frankly, him having a grocery cart on the streets would be an insult to the unfortunate people who are forced to live that way. I am happy for Ms Freeman and Ms Moss, it is just sad that they will never get what they have been granted.

The most you can do is convince the appellate court that you should get a new trial because there was evidence that was improperly excluded in the trial court. Because Rudy admitted that his statements were false, it is not likely he is going to be able to do this.

Moss and Freeman’s lawyers are owed and due to get 1/3 of that settlement as their fee and if you think a bunch of lawyers who are owed tens of millions for their legal work on this case are just going to throw up their hands and be all like “Welp, he isn’t gonna pay, oh well…” is just precious. Lawyers absolutely can, routinely do, and definitely will pursue legal enforcement of Rudy Guiliani’s civil judgements. The amounts awarded by the jury were completely fair in my opinion, ESPECIALLY once you consider the fact that Rudy essentially maintains he did nothing wrong, and the things he said were in fact true. That is, he has zero remorse. And, he pleads the Trump defense: "They're all picking on me! I didn't do anything wrong!" Hopeless. Absolutely hopeless.
