It is realistic because on Threads there's a huge swell of negative views toward NYT and people are calling them out for doing exactly that. Myself included. Don't underestimate- people who vote tend to be on Threads more than the other social media platforms at the moment because their leavin Twitter (I'm not calling it x).

NYT/IPSOS poll: 407 people polled, but okay. Polling samples need to be as large as possible. Surprised to see that 10,000 people were polled in one sample. That is the highest number I've ever seen on a poll. The larger the sample, the more believable a poll will be.
