Well, KZbinrs can be very good - but there are issues there. I'm an editor in award-winning legacy media, and there's a collective onus on adhering to company-wide standards in honesty, accuracy and fairness, while externally, we have media watchdogs and regulators which are there to watch us. I'm not in America, but American media have - theoretically - similar standards etc. KZbinrs, however, have none of that to keep them on course, or to ensure accuracy, or to hold them accountable, largely. Some can be excellent - but they still lack cohesive standards of accountability which most legacy media still cleaves to. And also, demographics are a big issue. Older audiences - still the main consumer of legacy media - are not watching KZbin pundits etc, etc.

What I don't understand is how Rupert Murdoch and Lachlan could file a suit in Nevada to amend the Trust without giving any kind of legal notification to the other three children, who are beneficiaries under the Trust and could, as a consequence, be affected by any changes Murdoch and the eldest son would want to make to the Trust. That wasn't covered in this MSNBC report but it was covered on MTN (Meidas Touch Network).
