You mentioned to change the seals regularly. How often is regularly? After how many estimated uses?

With light use or in storage we'd recommend maybe every two years. If you use them regularly then every year. Always check each seal before every trip that you're 100% dépendant on the stove. The s can also affect them. You can pick up seals on your local Lidl!! They sell boxes of multi size o rings

Is there a large o ring inside the red rubber part that sits at the top of the bottle? My fuel bottle is leaking, should there be an o ring there ?

The large orange ring on the pump, that connects it to the bottle does not have an o ring. It's rubber and as such creates the seal. It's possible that it has degraded and needs replacing.
