it is really a enjoyable time to watch you sketch and drawing the frog knight with your narrations. I love drawing sketches too. It helps a lot to seize the moment of the day. Maybe one day I will make my own miniatures too.

Nooooooo I still haven't finished my Gnome Guard q_q I've been playing Songs of Conquest and have been really digging the Rana faction, who are frog warriors. These models will really scratch that itch without me having to sculpt them myself lol

Songs of Conquest looks so cool! I see it's early access, is it still complete enough to be worth picking up?

For my sculptures, I generally have sketches and written blurbs to work from (some of my ideas are expressed in written format and I do enjoy a few word problems). Most all my sculpts could be considered sketches, as they generally do not have details often found on market pieces. I am trying to put together a body of work and attempting to assemble stat blocks for an OSR or 5e rubric to go with these distortions. Link to an example of my work with an amphibian starting point Double Back Toad [Process]: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYjGo2lvmrqih9E They started with a crude skeletal sketch to define the armature and I applied polymer clay until they achieved forms and textures resembling aquatic frogs I had kept long ago. I have a spreadsheet from which a 28mm scale approximation gives me a pretty good basis upon which to keep consistencies between projects. Joe and Marie Bloggs were absolutely necessary to fulfill an OCD of sample "average" humans to provide context and scale to this series. Other scales are part of this spreadsheet and I am toying with the idea of creating smaller figures and architecture for more environment intensive scenes in a limited space. Larger scales are also a possibility, if I can get over a few humps here in the studio, to clear up more stage space.

Very nice work! Keep it up. I have a spreadsheet of sizes too! It drives me nuts when my sizes start to drift :)

@@TomMasonSculptor Thank you. I have a few more in progress and working on textual aspects of thought cohesion with some of the environments. The spreadsheet is an invaluable tool for keeping track of math.
