Between 1980 and 2000( date I purchased) there were 4 agreements. How stamp duty deficit is calculated

On all the 4 chain of agreements, stamp duty needs to be paid. Stamp duty will be calculated on the basis of agreement value or market value whichever is higher.

I am purchasing resale flat in Naigaon(Palghar district) from first owner and the property is somewhat 7 year old. I have been asked to pay total 7% stamp duty and registration charges and I am the only sole owner of the property. Is there any rebate or concession/ waiver I can get in this. Pls help

Outside mumbai, 7% stamp duty is applicable However if you are a female, you will get 1% concession if certain criterias are fulfilled
