Isn't it Smashing Drive? And it was a 3D game, since it was released back in the '128-bit' era.

@@TheKageDFX Nah, it was definitely a 2D game and with a top down view like this. The one I thought it was is Spy Hunter, but the car never seems to get horns in any of the gameplay videos I've watched. But I'm sure it was that game, and I'm sure I recall the car going into the back of a truck and coming out again with a little set of horns.

World of longplays is not a single person, at the beginning of video and in the description u can see who is actually playing a game

World of Longplays is a group of players actually. They perform complete non-commented playthrough of various games for archival purposes. The goal is not to be a speedrun or the most perfect gameplay, but to be just "clean" and good enough with no distractions along the way. They use emulators with input recording to record good looking gameplays. They also complete many obscure and niche games most youtubers don't about with good video quality. All of this make WoL a perfect source for gameplay videos when you don't have the game to record yourself. There's an FAQ on the About tab.
