The Sticks boots much faster than my MG 4, so the connection failed. In the OS of the stick I cant change the boot-speed

1) How to know my model of msxttly ? U2C air or SMT AC01 . On my box it has stickers of both. 2) even if I switvh off my car and lock it, I can see that the adapter has the white light on it, suggesting that the usb port of the car is still powered despite shutting down the engine and locking the car . This would mean that the battery is being drained and the adapter will be working 24*7 reducing life of both ? Any solutions ?

Bull crap, show them the manual, show them the website. Buy the official Motorola MA1 for $45. Don't buy paper dragon goods with alphabet names lacking vowels. "MSXTTLY" is not a budding Samsung.
