MT Helmet review | Pros and Cons |

Hey guys, here is a quick review of my MT Thunder 3 helmet. I have been using this helmet for almost a year and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. if you are thinking of buying an MT helmet, I hope this helps you with that decision.

Hey man, that's not a wind deflector, but a breath deflector/guard (To prevent fogging). Doesn't matter if it works for you. Thanks for your thoughts on the helmet!

MT thunder 3 is worth it bhai par issue low price MT ke options nahi the. Par SQL aur RE are good options to consider too

MT helmets never fit me well, the back of my head (splenius capitis) is too exposed for me with the MT helmets (any model, tried them all) I have an intermediate to oval head shape, hat size 55mm (size M in almost all brands). I haven't faced this issue with any other brand, anybody else has this issue ?

Is it isi marked..?? Isi is mandatory in india.. i purchased one mt helmet (targo veneris) and regretting my decision

No It’s ECE and DOT certified bro… and personally, that’s what I will be looking for even now. Unfortunately I have still not been able to gain confidence in the ISI safety standards. Until I have more transparent information about regular testing and results of ISI helmets, I am gonna stick to my ECE and DOT helmets. I wear helmets to protect myself, and I should have the rights to purchase a superior quality product for my own safety. Just my personal opinion bro 🍻

That’s a good review. Have u ever contacted customer support and if so how was ur experience with SPG and does this helmet weight is comfortable for daily usage ? Please reply .

Hey, I have never contacted customer support so I am really not sure about the quality for that service. The helmet is very comfortable for daily use. I just finished my Ladakh ride last week which was 17 days of riding. 8 - 10 hours of riding a day and the helmet was never a problem. Working on those videos now.

I have only used the MT thunder 3 and MT targo. I like the targo for my city use. But thunder 3 has been perfect for city as well as highways. So I would recommend thunder 3. The only reason I have the targo is because I need a double D ring strap for my track days.

I have been using MT for 2 years not and it has proven to be very reliable and comfortable. So yes, I would recommend MT. But if you are looking at more options, I suggest you get something with a DOT and ECE certification and you should be good 👍🏽

HI everyone, STOP PROMOTING MT HELMETS and praising them. you will only understand their face when you go for warranty. as a user of MT helmet I had bad experience in warranty claim and i would suggest people to stop promoting this brand. retailers will sell anything for money, please be aware everyone.
