I'm climbing Kili in a few weeks, Machame 7 day route! Did you take Diamox to ease the altitude sickness? Do you have any tips or tricks that you didn't mention in the video? Thanks! Loved watching and learning from your experience.

Yes! We definitely took Diamox. I think it helped a ton. Make sure you water like crazy! Also.. One thing I wish I would of had was a small speaker for music while we climbed. We didn't wear headphones because the group talked a lot... Good luck! Pole Pole

Diamonx and also the electrolytes you can add to your drinking water. Really helped! We increased our dosage of diamox as we went up and symptoms appeared.
