Definitely do the trail ride/ chuck wagon dinner. It's spendy, but totally worth it. I've been on it 3 years in a row and will be back there in June.

According to the website you can, but I would call just to be sure things are still the same when you go. This was an awesome campground, and offered paid shuttle rides up to Mt. Rushmore.
