The music in the Mystery Dungeon series is some of the best vgm in my opinion (even though the loops are disappointingly short). They set the mood for different areas so well, and really convey the right emotions. Like, the town square is so upbeat and cheerful, until you have to run, and the music when you're fleeing gets so much more dramatic. This track feels so big, like suddenly things are serious and more powerful than you can imagine, but there's still an undertone of hopefulness.

I can appreciate the fact that despite the loops being so short, most of them are enjoyable enough to listen to throughout a dungeon, even some of the longer ones. They're very replayable, just like the games.
