Since shimano stop releasing 12s cassette on hg hub, I use the ali casseete, a 11-46 and 11-51 on my advanture bike. It works, but is a bit more noisy when shifting than shimano.

There is actually nothing wrong with those Aliexpress cassettes. For some people, they are simple and cheap alternatives to more finessed cassettes like Shimano. They may not work as well as Shimano does, but you should more or less compromise on their poor performance after all when you consider their quite low prices.

Is the bike a 26er? And the chainring used here is same as the previous video?

The bike is a 26er, yes. As for the chainring, have you checked out my both previous videos of this topic? I use the following chainrings in this series of videos: [MTB maintenance] Converting an old 3 x 9 bike to 1 x 12 - Part 1 kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z4akgKSZjs2ZncU - 32T oval narrow-wide [MTB maintenance] Converting an old 3 x 9 bike to 1 x 12 - Part 2 kzbin.info/www/bejne/ioTJdGtrjL-nfJY - 22T Shimano -> 28T Shimano (both round and non-narrow-wide) And in this video, a 32T round narrow-wide ring is used. The key is a genuine Shimano 12s cassette and the proper chainline/derailleur setup. What chainring is used doesn't seem to have any big impact on shifting performance, but I feel that a round chainring works slightly better when backpedalling. Thanks for watching!
