I live locally, and this is one of my winter training rides, it's perhaps better suited for gravel bike rather than MTB as most of it is asphalt. It's nice and flat though.

I literally recently saw boats up on stands like that over at South Sea. They had this mad fork lift driving back and forth just moving boats like they were little toys!
