Great Video but no mention of the how the trails got there ? Dean Trail Volunteers have spent the last 12 years fundraising, designing and building everything you rode, the GBU rebuild cost £25,000 all funded by donations to DTV, always worth contacting Trail Builders for vids, they need the acknowledgement and support ;)

Is it worth the drive from Durham?maybe we could stop over night in a hotel nearby and do it over a few days.We did Glentress last summer and loved it.

Yeah I'd say so, FOD is alot more accessible and clear than Glentress. All the marked trails are obvious in which you can just lap the fire road and pick up on all the descents! Ben sure to tie it in with a day at either bike park wales, Dirt farm or if you want to pedal......barry sidings,afan or risca! Enjoy!

First time I did gbu, didn’t pre ride it, cased the last jump had no speed for the road gap and completely cased the road gap in front of 10 people watching. Very embarrassing
