Hello sir. Nice video. Just wanted to share some correction on rankers preferred department. This year 8 out of top 10 students have gone for CSA. Despite there being only about 6 seats in AI for CS, its cutoff was 53 whereas that was 47 for CSA for about 30 seats (general category only).

I agree. I meant people from CS are opting for AI too. But 80 percent of them still go to CS. I agree. Things are changing now.

There is nothing to be sorry about. Suresh, I do not have that idea about the rank but I would suggest you to focus more on practicing questions and clearing concepts in detail. As you know KVPY paper will be very logical. And on the other hand, you do not need to know the cutoff. You have to get the best out of the exam as you want to get into IISc. Aim for a 2 digit rank and prepare accordingly. Do not worry about the cutoff and all. This is not how we should prepare for any exam.

Actually sir I am preparing for the exam in the best way I can and I am even trying to improve it but I have never sat in any Olympiad and I have no access to any kind of coaching but my other kvpy aspirant friends go to fitjee and Aakash , have cracked Olympiads and also know every topic at an very advanced level . This fact always remains in my mind and pulls me back when I sit for studying 😭 . Please sir help me or make a special video for hundreds of students like me . Hardly 3 months are left for the exam . If you are good at coding, you will get opportunities off campus as well. I think it depends on year to year and the companies visiting in that particular year. Cant say anything. Focus on geeksforgeeks, it will help you fetch a better package.

I think you cannot use libraries. You can use any language you are comfortable in. Its just that the tests will be fair no matter which language you use.
