Wow, Cici, that was cool! It was so interesting to see your journey as a transgender. It's amazing what you were able to accomplish without hormones when so many crank the stuff like Pez candy. I prefer the longer dark hair to the shoulder length cut. How did you feel about it? I love you and would never want to hurt your feelings. Over a relatively short time you have helped me better understand the whole transgender thing and I am grateful for that. I will continue to follow you because I enjoy it. I hope this isn’t to personal a question as my educational background is in human biology in both my undergraduate and graduate studies. I also have a gay brother and a lesbian sister who have friends that have transitioned and became friends with them as well as other Trans ladies I have met over the years. My question is have you had an orchiectomy? The reason I ask is that you have very, very feminine accumulations of subcutaneous fat in your face, arms and shoulders that I have only seen in Trans women who are either taking anti-androgens or have had an orchiectomy. Since you’re not taking hormones I figured it was a safe assumption you were not taking anti-androgens. I have met other Trans women with your very high level of feminine features who decided to for go anti-androgens due to their toxic side effects but chose to have an orchiectomy as it really helped with their gender dysphoria and it significantly reduced the amount of hormones they needed for feminization. So I hope you’ll forgive my vulgar curiosity in asking if you’ve had an orchiectomy as I have never seen a trans woman as feminine looking as you who had not had one or was taking Antoine-androgen.

@@MissCici You might want to have a karyotype performed. It’s possible, though fairly rare, that you have Kleinfelters syndrome. That is a genetic condition where a male has an extra X chromosome is their sex chromosome pair. That is instead of an XY sex pair of chromosome the male would have an XXY trio of chromosomes instead of the normal XY. This could explain why you have some feminization features without taking hormones. It could also explain why you identify as female. If you were to have Kleinfelters Syndrome this could explain a lot for you at a personal level. Though that’s not the reason I recommend having a karyotype performed as though individuals with Kleinfelters syndrome can expect to have a normal life span there are some preventable serious illnesses associated with Kleinfelters, such as type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and anxiety that you can easily mitigate as long as you have the for knowledge that you’re predisposed towards these diseases. Then you and your physician can plan a course of medical care for your long term health and a better long term quality of life. I think I will enjoy corresponding with you Miss Cici. You’re not only very attractive but obviously your very intelligent and perceptive too. I’d suggest googling Kleinfelters Syndrome and doing some reading as you do appear to have some of the medical signs.

In order for you to have a perfectly feminine voice and be 100% passable with your body and face, you have to be some sort of genetic unicorn. I bet if you did estrogen tests throughout your life, you have a much higher than normal natural estrogen level. Also being trans and fashionable is expensive, how are you able to sustain that lifestyle without boyfriend sponsors and living in Thailand(I know this is very private so you dont have to answer here). You are on a business visa?

Need to take hormones again. You need hormones to give that needed softness to your eyes. I notice a bit of bulging look in your eyes which I saw on TV in one T-girl many years ago. You MUST start taking hormones again. In the case of that T-girl - - who didn't take hormones either - - her condition deteriorated to the point where her eyes were like those of a goldfish. I hope you won't mind what I just said. I am just trying to help before it is too late.
