Nice! I've been having a lot of fun in Standard using Mystic Reflection with Rabble Rousing. Also been playing it with Hoplite in Historic, though my version goes more for sweepers and removal enchantments (since the latter boost devotion, too).

Yay I have been trying to build a hoplite deck since anthem :) also that GWB deck with Kaya / Liliana was one of Mono Black's decks I believe. Vorinclex and ways to reanimate him with conquers/blood on snow/new 3 mana orzov enchantment. Then you cast the planeswalkers and ultimate them and you can keep recurring them & vorinclex

This deck is incredibly fun. I only had two glorious anthems, but 2 Basri's Solidarity fit in well, even though it doesn't give devotion. Also, only one Elspeth. But Heliod's Punishment worked well for the other three slots.

Thoughts on making this combo somewhat easier/better in various ways. Crashing Drawbridge has a tap to give all your creatures haste. A 2 0/4 isn't usually a threat to kill, though it sticking around is generally an indicator of shenanigans, and it doesn't add to devotion. Corpse Knight makes each opponent lose life when a creatures enters under your control, though it's WB 2/2 so it's fairly easy to remove, and would require a third mana color. Cruel Celebrant would work as a good backup in case of a board sweep, but it's a WB 1/2, and really only works as board clear protection, not so much a combo piece. Anax also works towards being board sweep protection, but doesn't do anything for devotion boosting, and has an awkward casting cost of 1RR for what would essentially just be a 2/3 "if my stuff dies it's all 1/1s who can't block now." Arcanist's Owl would help with devotion and getting anthem effects, but would potentially skip over important combo pieces in the process. That for a W/U W/U W/U W/U 3/3 flier doesn't seem very worth it.
