Does the deck variate in each pack? Like are there different myrhics etc.

Only the contents of the collector booster sample pack will differ. The deck is identical in every box.

Correct, this is the complete deck. If you want the packs instead, there are collector, draft, and set booster boxes.

@MTGUnpacked thank you! still a tad confused, 😆. If they are all the same, how do some people get non foil and borderless ones? Can you also get these cards in collector and set boosters?

Those appear in collector boosters and sometimes in set boosters. Wizards publish tables of all the different possibilities, and yes, it's very confusing!

This one is stronger and more expensive, but I love a good dragon deck, so you can't go wrong with that one either.
