We used crushed limestone that you can get at most home centers by the bag or from landscaping companies by the yard. I use the same stone outside in the garden railway. Thanks for watching. Happy New Year.

I've had a very hard time getting parts for my MTH One Gauge engines, I'd recommend not buying any. Some motor-trucks I've been waiting for over 3 years for now and two are ( were ) under warranty. MTH has let us down yet again...

Sorry to hear that you're having issues. I've never had any issues with my MTH Engines luckily. Depending on how old your engines are there could be an issue getting parts as I'm sure they're not going to re run those engines in the future due to the market for G Gauge.
