I'm 66 yo diabetic type II. ED for at least 6 years. Did it all before the surgery. Pills, Shots, Pumps and rings, internet snake oil (don't get fooled by this stuff), you name it. Had my surgery on Feb. 21, 2022. Surgery was done by a local Urologist (who specializes in Implants) and it worked out great. I spoke to my Urologist about Dr. Perito's You Tube information, and she applauded his work. I have followed his post operative exercise faithfully, and I'm starting to see real results (as of 7/30/22). Hard to believe the increase of both length and girth. How much longer will I do this? I'm going for a year or so, since much of what I've read suggests max results happen after month 7. Without getting into too much detail, I starting 6 weeks out of surgery and have gained over an inch in both directions. Very pleased with the outcome thus far. Excellent information Dr. Perito!!!!

Met with Dr Perito today and how impressed I was with him. After 2.5 years of suffering with Ed post prostate surgery removal, pills that never worked, 2 years of injecting, I'm scheduled for implant Nov 4. I am so excited. Dr Perito is the real deal and a terrific guy.

Have had mine since July 2020. It took a lot longer than 6 six weeks to be up and running... withour soreness. BOTTOM LINE... my GF and I are ecstatic about the results. PS: I used a local urologist in SoOC, CA. He studied under Dr. Perito. So Dr Perito has been at this long enough to have some very qualified practioners around the country. PS: I'm over 70. My Medicare Advantage (HMO) Plan paid for EVERYTHING.

Hey Perito, you seem like a great guy/surgeon. Someone recommended me checking out your videos as I just got a Coloplast Titan implant, I'm only 30 years old, but I had Peroni disease which made me need to get this as the final frontier. Nothing else worked. I'm pretty sure the vacuum device made it worse as well and deformed. Now I am under two weeks since the implant and I have lost length. I am truly hoping I can regain some over the coming months using this exercise of yours. funnily enough before I even watched your video I had started doing the exercises over recent days as the penis felt very compact and tight so I almost started giving it yoga sessions. I'm supposed to start cycling in around four weeks, so I still have some time and should go easy on myself. Other than length, girth looks great, and it seems to all be healing extremely well. I'm a very healthy active person so I plan to make a good recovery. My only worry and concern is length. Maybe one day they will invent something safe where we can extend our length, especially if we've had an implant as the inside is already damaged and we will never have a natural erection again.

Thanks! Unfortunately as of right now, lengthening procedures aren't safe / efficacious / reproducible in the same way as hyaluronic acid-based treatments for girth enhancement and restoration. Best of luck with the implant.

Question about the exercise, do you really need to move it that much in each direction? When I have mine pumped up, about 10-15 degrees is the max I can do comfortably.

This is such great content. I'm just past 3 weeks post op with AMS 700. I tried the exercise and felt a little "pop" when I bent to the right and then to the left. Got a couple more pumps, but wondering if anyone knows if this sound/feeling is typical. Perhaps it is just the capsules expanding. Appreciate thoughts from any of you that have had this experience. The exercise is typically started after your surgeon gives you the go-ahead. After 6 weeks all implants can be "put to the test". It is not uncommon to feel "cracks or pops" as the implant blows through scar tissue related to ED.
