Good evening dear Aunty & Tanmay - So so happy to finally watch a CP vlog 💯💯💯 Time to dish our MTR style Rava Idli 👌👌 Aunty is genuinely a MasterChef 🙏🙏 The way Aunty explains the process is so lucid and easy to understand. Awesome tempering pretty similar to MTR final output . Great way to incorporate the tempering to the batter Thanks for the tips 👍 We also make Rava Idli at home in a similar style . Perfect advice on the consistency of the batter ( neither too liquid nor thick ) . The only ingredient we don’t add ENO nor baking soda but the final outcome is soft and fluffy . Time to prepare the perfect Chitney which will go well with the Rava Idli . Aunty’s chutney preparation is awesome 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 The ingredients and process is impeccable 😊. Post the time period the lid off the steamer is off and allow the Idlis to rest . Now time for final tempering . Aunty’s cooking skill is par excellence 💯💯💯 Wow look at the final output of the MTR style Rava Idlis with Chutney 💯💯💯 No need for any Sambhar .
