Until we mix baking soda or Eno in the mixture they will not be fluffy. Guys before keeping the mixture in the steamer kindly mix Eno or baking soda. Otherwise it will not be fluffy.

Already the mix has soda no need to add extra only thing to keep in mind is once you prepare batter make it quickly the more time the batter sits the effect of baking soda will reduce & Idli will not be fluffy
