I resigned from current job some policy issue... I have 2.7 years of experience I got only 1 or 2 companies per month it's been 3 months now..

Hi Mohit, I gave interview for IBM and all rounds has completed with componesation discussion also. So how many days doses it take to get offer letter from IBM. If you have any idea on this please provide some inputs.
