Bro when I was little I had a small radio I’ll hear Euro Dance late at night on the weekends at my grandmas house while parents were partying up drinking so there was this song that always stuck with me in my mind I was small this was like 1993 fast foward I grew up I heard that song at a strip club lol I was so desperate to go find out what song was that on the DJ Booth but didn’t doit I regret it so on the way home I stay wondering 💭 until one day I heard it on a local radio station and Shazam it, I was working at a bank I was working and left the customer just to do that finally it was KLF“ 3 am Eternal!!!

Ok, this is crazy! In these years i was 24/7 on MTV, watching all the shows, including The Dance Floor Chart, which was my favourite. Said that, i was able to remember only few few songs from this chart. How come? I never heard a lot of these songs. Maybe its related with the country? The commercials sounds like german or dutch...

I wonder why there were no Sash! ATB, Scooter, Chemical Brothers, Moby, Paul van Dyk, Daft Punk, Paul Oakenfold? They were around at the time and made much better music than what we saw in this chart

ATB released his first LP in 1999, Scooter just came out with "How much is the Fish" in 98. Van Dyk was fresh in 98 and just released "For an Angel". - so with these your are basically one year early. With Daft Punk and Chemical Brothers you are one year too late - they released their bangers in 97 and no new stuff till 99/00. So i kinda agree 98 was a kinda weak year unless your were from berlin aka loveparade releases.

Euro Trance had their airtime on TMF and Viva. They started in 1997 i guess.
